Proproval is operated by Mark Anthony Studios Incorporated. Contact support@proproval.com for product, account, billing, cancellation or privacy requests.
Include your account email and a plain description of the issue. Do not send passwords, MFA codes, OAuth tokens, payment credentials or access-bearing proposal/invoice links.
Connect Proproval
Choose Proproval in your host's apps/plugins area. Sign into Proproval on its hosted page, review the requested scopes and consent to the actions you want to allow. Never put your password or verification code in chat.
The connection is specific to your authenticated seller account. Scopes limit account, client, catalog, proposal and invoice actions. A private draft or PDF does not publish a link. Consequential actions require the applicable explicit confirmation. Email and WhatsApp tools prepare handoffs; they do not send messages. The plugin does not directly charge, refund, transfer money, record manual payments or approve proposals for customers.
Disconnect or reconnect
Use your host's connection settings to disconnect Proproval. When the host submits an OAuth grant revocation, Proproval rejects new access using that grant. Host behavior can differ; contact support to investigate if revocation is unclear. Reconnect an eligible account through sign-in and fresh consent. This does not revive revoked credentials.
Disconnecting does not delete your account, cancel a subscription or undo documents, links, messages or payments. An operation already authorized and executing may finish.
Delete your account
Sign into Proproval, open Settings, choose account deletion and complete the explicit DELETE confirmation. Read the result. If deletion fails or completion is unclear, contact support before retrying.
Financial, security, command-retry, provider and backup records may have separate lifecycles and may require support review. Account deletion is not a promise of immediate erasure from every copy, cancellation of billing or revocation of every separately held connection. See the Privacy Policy and Terms for details.
Proproval deletion does not erase separately held ChatGPT history, downloaded documents or recipients' copies. Proproval does not offer account undelete or restoration.
Retry and review guidance
If a tool reports a rate limit, wait for its stated retry interval. For an interrupted write, retry only the exact same request with the same request ID. If the response asks you to re-read, inspect the current document before requesting another change. An uncertain response alone does not establish whether an action completed. Contact support when the outcome remains unclear.
